This is the name of one of the tracks on Pianologues. A pianologue is "a performance at the piano, sometimes with a verbal accompaniment by the performer." This one is meant to be a cappella though, so unsure how a piano (or guitar) fits.
Many of the song titles sprinkled throughout Song Reader are references to older sheet music, but I think most of the Pianologue ones are just jokes/silly phrases.
(Madonna does use this title in her song "Superstar," but I think that came out around the same time as Song Reader so probably just a coincidence.)
